Where to go for help

A full-range helpdesk service to JDemetra+ is provided by Eurostat and the National Bank of Belgium via the Seasonal Adjustment Centre of Excellence. The helpdesk provides services to all ESS/ESCB practitioners’ needs concerning seasonal adjustment in general and JDemetra+ in particular, including user support and JDemetra+ bug reporting. The helpdesk is available from the dedicated page on the European Commission portal. To submit the question the user need to create the account and log in.
